Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A second email will be sent once it has been dispatched. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail.

 

Q. Can I amend my order?

A. Provided your item has not already been dispatched, we can amend your original order and we will refund the second postage charge. Email us at hello@wow-online.co.uk as soon as possible to amend to your order.

 

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. We offer 14 days returns policy for unused items returned in original condition. Please click here to read the full Returns Policy for more information.

 

Q. My order has not arrived?

A. If you have not received your order after a week, please email us at hello@wow-online.co.uk and we will investigate for you.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched. Please email us at hello@wow-online.co.uk quoting your order number.

 

Q. What is the sizing of the t-shirts?

A. For information on sizing please refer to size chart.

The t-shirts are unisex and a classic fit.

 

Q. What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

A. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item we are very sorry – mistakes can happen but hopefully not often. Please contact us before sending back at hello@wow-online.co.uk

Please send incorrect or faulty items back to us using 2nd class post and we will reimburse you the postage cost – always get proof of postage and a receipt.
